Step 1. Do you need an appointment to get a passport?

All applicants are required to make an appointment online at this link http://philembassyriyadh.checkappointments.com/ except for the following:

    1. Those with Final Exit visas or are applying for exit
    2. New born children (up to one year old)
    3. Senior citizen 60 years and older
    4. Those with physical disabilities
    5. Females who are pregnant (with medical certificate as proof)
    6. Those who have lost their passports and need a replacement.
Similar to several other Philippine Embassies, “Walk-ins” (coming to the Embassy to apply for passport renewal without an appointment) are not allowed.
Please make sure that you input your email address correctly; otherwise, the confirmation message from the Embassy will not get through.
Each applicant should have only one slot, or one name only for each application in the online system. If you wish to reserve the slot for your child, please use the child’s name and information, and use your email address in order to receive and print out the confirmation message.
The Embassy cancels duplicate appointments on the system.  If one person is setting multiple appointments for coworkers, each applicant should have one appointment slot.
Note: minor children will have to be present at the Embassy, as their pictures will be captured. A parent/legal guardian has to accompany them. Their appointments must be entered separately, or one appointment for each child. The parent may use his/her email address, in order to receive the confirmation message.
PASSPORTS IN RIYADH OR OTHER CITIES?

The Embassy also conducts outreach to various cities in the Kingdom, and also to the Riyadh Industrial City. Those applying for a regular renewal during outreach missions except during those at the Riyadh Industrial City require an appointment from the online system.

Check the schedule for the outreach missions before proceeding.
