Eligibility

Filipino community organizations in KSA and Yemen may register their organizations with the Embassy. The President or Secretary of the organization may process the organization's registration on its behalf.

Why register?

Registration of Filipino community organizations with the Philippine Embassy helps us to reach out to the wider Filipino community in KSA and Yemen. It allows us to effectively communicate with the Filipino community in the delivery of our services.

In addition, it helps assure the public that such Filipino community organizations are publicly recognized (ie, registered with the Philippine Embassy) and are committed to the principles of transparency and accountability.

Can you register for accreditation of your organization?

The Philippine Embassy is not an accreditation body. Therefore, the registration of your organization does not grant any rights or privileges that are usually authorized by accreditation/registration agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), etc.

It is right to state that your organization is “registered” (if, indeed, it has!), but inaccurate to state that it has been "accredited" by the Embassy.

What happens to the information that you provide?

The Philippine Embassy protects your information in accordance with Philippine, Saudi and Yemeni data privacy laws. Organization’s contact details may also be included in the Embassy’s mailing list.
