Advisory:
Coordination Meeting for Volunteers
serving during Consular Outreach Services
or “Embassy on Wheels”

(Riyadh, 10 December 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is inviting the Filipino community volunteers, whether individuals or belonging to a group, who serve during the “Embassy on Wheels” to a coordination meeting to be held at the EOW Venue, at Double Tree Hotel Dhahran, on 14 December 2017 at 6 o’ clock in the evening.

The agenda of the meeting will be the registration and scheduling of volunteers for the EOWs scheduled in 2018.

For groups, please send a maximum of two (2) representatives to the meeting.
