Abiso para sa mga Pilipino sa Yemen:
Panawagan sa Agarang Paglikas Mula Yemen

 

(Riyadh, ika-3 ng Setyembre 2015) – Ang Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Riyadh ay muling nananawagan sa mga Pilipinong nananatili sa Yemen na agad ng umalis ng bansa.

Patuloy ang paglala ng sitwasyong politikal at pang-seguridad sa bansang Yemen at lubhang mahirap para sa mga kinauukulan ang magpatupad ng evacuation mula sa bansa.

Mayroon pong binubuong land evacuation ang Embahada sa pamamagitan ng opisina ni Honorary Consul to Yemen Mohammad Al-Jamal. Maaring ito na po ang huling land evacuation mula Yemen.

Ang lahat ng Pilipino sa Yemen ay marapat na makipag-ugnayan kay Consul Al-Jamal sa mga sumusunod:

Panawagan para sa Maaaring Huling Paglikas

Mula sa Yemen

 

(Riyadh, ika-4 ng Abril 2015) – Ang Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Riyadh ay muling nananawagan sa lahat ng Pilipino na nananatili pa sa Yemen na umalis na ng bansa.

          Dahil sa tuluyang paglala ng sitwasyon sa Yemen, ang huling land evacuation na isasagawa ng CMT-Sana’a sa ilalim ng Mandatory Repatriation Program ng gobyerno ay maaaring sa Lunes na, ika-6 ng Abril 2015.

Ang lahat ng Pilipinong hindi pa nagsasabi sa Embahada o sa CMT-Sana’a kung ano ang kanilang desisyon ukol sa paglikas mula sa Yemen ay mariin na hinihikayat na magpa-rehistro ngayon din sa CMT-Sana’a Team na nasa Movenpick Hotel Sana’a o ‘di kaya’y tumawag o sumulat sa kanila sa mga sumusunod na numero at email:

Embassy Renews Call on Filipinos to Leave Yemen
Repatriates 4 Filipinos through Gov’t Tickets

(03 March 2015, Riyadh) – Philippine Embassy representatives met recently with the Filipino Community in Sana’a, Yemen and renewed its urgent and firm call on all Filipinos to leave Yemen immediately due to the political and security situation in the country. Four (4) Filipinos have also been repatriated with tickets provided by the Embassy.

On 27 February 2015, Consul Winston Dean S. Almeda and Attaché Camaloddin P. Manggis met with 93 Filipinos, and a handful of foreigner spouses, in Sana’a. The meeting was arranged by leaders of The Filipino Community in Yemen (TFCY), the main Filcom organization in Yemen, based in Sanaa.

During the meeting, the Embassy representatives took the opportunity to reiterate the Embassy’s call for all Filipinos to immediately leave Yemen in view of the Alert Level 4 status (Mandatory Repatriation) in effect in the country. Consul Almeda also explained the details of the repatriation procedures for Filipinos in Yemen.

As a way to highlight the ongoing repatriation activities, the Embassy representatives announced the travel to Manila of four Filipinos on 01 March 2015. The Philippine Government had paid for the tickets of all four.

Filipinos who require the Embassy’s assistance for their repatriation are advised to follow the steps below:

  1. Contact the Philippine Embassy Team in Sana’a at:

  2. Secure a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from the sponsor of your entry visa or working visa, and have the sponsor / employer arrange the exit visa from the concerned authorities;
  3. Bring the original of your Philippine Passport and NOC to the Embassy’s Team at Movenpick Hotel.   Passports of those for repatriation with expired validity will be extended gratis;
  4. Those whose Philippine Passports have been lost, bring two (2) copies of ID-size photos for gratis issuance of PHL Travel Documents;
  5. Bring proof of OWWA membership if applicable; and,
  6. Await advice from the Embassy on further procedures or arrangements for repatriation.

Mariin pong inuulit ng PHL Embassy ang panawagan nito sa lahat ng Pilipino sa Yemen na agad nang umalis ng bansa. Under Alert Level 4, handa ang Embahada na bayaran ang lapse sa visa at bigyan ng tiket ang lahat pauwi ng Pilipinas

Patuloy ang pagtawag, pag-text at pag-email ng Embahada sa lahat ng Pilipino sa Yemen upang iparating ang mensaheng ito.

All Filipinos in Yemen Urged to Leave

 

(25 January 2015, Riyadh) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh is monitoring political and security developments in Sana’a and the rest of the Republic of Yemen as it continues to urge all Filipinos in the country to leave as soon as possible.

The Embassy continues to assess the political and security situation in Yemen in light of the recent resignations of high officials of the Yemeni Government.

All Filipinos in Yemen are urged to leave the country as soon as possible. The Republic of Yemen continues to be on Alert Level 3 (Voluntary Repatriation) with all new deployments of Filipino workers or their return from vacation banned.

All Filipinos are urged to avoid unnecessary travel outside their homes which should also be fortified against stray bullets. The Embassy strongly urges them not to participate in any mass demonstrations and to avoid areas of conflict.  If necessary, they are advised to leave their places of residence which are in or near areas of conflict.

All Filipinos who wish to avail of Voluntary Repatriation must immediately coordinate with the Crisis Management Team (CMT) based in Sana’a for assistance.

MissingThe Embassy further reiterates its call on all Filipinos in all cities and regions of Yemen to register with the Philippine Embassy, or update their earlier registrations, by visiting the Embassy’s website at www.riyadhpe.dfa.gov.ph and accomplishing the “OFW Online Registration” form.
