PASSPORTS IN RIYADH OR OTHER CITIES?

The Embassy also conducts outreach to various cities in the Kingdom, and also to the Riyadh Industrial City. Those applying for a regular renewal during outreach missions except during those at the Riyadh Industrial City require an appointment from the online system.

SCHEDULE FOR CONSULAR OUTREACH

Please be informed that, effective 03 January 2023, the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will receive regular passport renewal applications ONLY through VFS Global at the following locations:

Passport Application Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR E-PASSPORT RENEWAL:
    1. Appointment
    2. Personal appearance
    3. Original passport for renewal
    4. Photocopy of passport (data page only)
    5. Duly accomplished passport application form that can be downloaded from the Embassy website or obtained from Window 3 of the Consular Section or at the Information Desk at the Embassy lobby (no photo needed).  Make sure you complete all entries before you come to the Embassy.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PASSPORT
    1. Personal appearance
    2. Original damaged passport
    3. Affidavit of Damage of Passport
    4. E-passport application form (no photo needed)

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENT OF LOST PASSPORT:

    1. Personal appearance
    2. Photocopy of Lost Passport. If not available: Original and a photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issued Birth Certificate
    3. For Married Females: Original and photocopy of PSA-issued Marriage Contract 
    4. Any of the following Valid IDs with one(1) photocopy:
      • Social Security System (SSS)
      • Government Service Insurance System(GSIS)
      • Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
      • Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
      • Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
      • Philippine Identification (PhilID)/ ePhilID
      • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) E-Card
      • Integrated Department of Labor and Employment(iDOLE) card
      • Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate issued from COMELEC main office in Intramuros, Manila
      • Philippine National Police (PNP) Permit to Carry Firearms Outside Residence
      • Senior Citizen ID
      • Airman License (issued August 2016 onwards)
      • Philippine Postal ID (issued November 2016 onwards)
      • Seaferer's Record Book (SRB) or Seaferers Identity Document (SID) (*must be issued Feb 2020 onwards) issued by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)
      • Valid or Latest Passport (For Renewal of Passport)
      • Valid School ID (if applicable) or Certificate of Enrolment with photo of minor and dry seal of school (if School ID is not applicable) - this only applies to student applicants
      • Iqama
      • Note:
      • For applicants based overseas, they may use their host government issued IDs showing their Philippine citizenship. (Example: Residence Card).
      • All IDs presented should be readable, untampered and contain consistent information with the documents presented upon application.
      • Original and photocopy of IDs and supporting documents are required to be presented upon application.
      • Important Reminder: The Department may require additional supporting documents as may be necessary.
    5. Report of lost passport from Jawazat (Saudi Passport Office) with English translation
    6. Affidavit of Loss in English
    7. Duly accomplished E-passport application form (no photo needed)
(Note:  There is a 15 working days waiting period before the approval of the passport application)

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEWLY BORN APPLICANTS FOR E‑PASSPORT:

    1. Original and photocopy of Report of birth
    2. Original and photocopy of PSA-issued Marriage contract of parents
    3. Original and photocopies of parent's passport (data page only)
    4. Duly accomplished passport application form

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENEWAL OF PASSPORT FOR MINOR APPLICANTS (17 years old and below)

    1. Personal appearance of the minor applicant
    2. Personal appearance of either parent
    3. Original and photocopy of Minor's Passport
    4. Original and photocopy of Parents' Passport
    5. Original and photocopy of PSA-issued Birth Certificate of the Minor applicant
    6. Original and photocopy of PSA-issued Marriage Contract of parents 
    7. Duly accomplished passport application form

The Embassy does not charge any fee for scheduling an appointment.

Available passports at the Embassy may be claimed during office hours on weekdays only.

Please bring cash to avail of the services since the Embassy does not yet have a credit /debit facility.
