Announcements and Notices

(Riyadh, 27 June 2013) The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh informs the public that all Philippine documents authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs Authentication Division in Manila, and which already bears the authentication signature and documentary stamp of the Saudi Embassy in Manila, will no longer require a “Seen and Noted” certification from the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh.

The Embassy strongly reiterate its “Zero Tolerance” policy towards fake documents and reminds everyone that any spurious, fake or tampered documents submitted for authentication are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the DFA Authentication Officer. Holder/s of said documents, as well as fixers shall be liable for prosecution.
