The Embassy informs the public that applicants may now avail of photocopying services of official documents (without certification) at the Consular Section.
The service fee prescribed under Department Order No. 24 – 11 dated 20 December 2011 (subject to amendment of Department Order No. 07 – 00 on Revised Consolidated Schedule of Service Fees for Photocopies of Documents without Certification) is US Dollar 0.10 or 40 Halalas.
Consistent with market rates for photocopying services, the Embassy shall be charging 50 Halalas for photocopying service per page. The previous services provided by the cooperative were at SR 1 per page, and the rate at the commercial plaza in the diplomatic quarter is SR 2 per page.
The charges shall be included in the official receipt issued by the Cashier at the Consular Section.
Due to shortage of “halalas” at the Cashier and banks in general, the Embassy advises applicants to bring exact payment as the Cashier may not be able to provide change in “halalas”. ###
