Passport Holders Reminded to Affix Signature
On New Passport Upon Receipt

(Riyadh, 14 August 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reminds all Filipinos in the Kingdom to immediately affix their signature on their newly-issued Philippine e-passport to avoid further problems at any entry points abroad.

The signature of the owner of the passport is an added security feature provided to protect the holder.

The passport holder’s signature is to be affixed on page three (3) of the passport, below the Philippine Flag, in the space provided for the owner’s specimen signature.
