Riyadh, 27 September 2020 - The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Riyadh informs the public that the VFS Philippine ePassport Renewal Center (PaRC) in Riyadh opens its online appointments today for Passport Renewal Services that begins tomorrow, 28 September 2020, at 8:00 am.

Clients who wish to avail of the services of the VFS PaRC in Riyadh should do the following:

Step 1. Complete online application form. Please note that online application form is required to submit Passport Renewal application at the PaRC. Please click the link below to access the form:

Step 2. Ensure all required details in the online application are correct to avoid errors.

Step 3. Print the completed online application form.

Step 4. Schedule an appointment through the VFS Online Appointment System. Please note that due to MOH requirements on social distancing, it is mandatory to have an appointment prior to visiting the PaRC. Customers will not be admitted without an appointment. Step 5. Visit the PaRC on the date of appointment and bring the following;

• Original Passport
• Photocopy of the old passport
• Copy of Residence ID (Iqama) or Visa
• For minors, proof of parental authority
• Online Application form
• Appointment letter confirmation

VFS PaRC in Riyadh Operating Hours is from 8am – 8pm (Saturday to Thursday).

Please note that only simple passport renewal which do not entail an amendment in the biographical information of the applicant’s passport can be processed at the PaRC.

Step 6. For Passport Releasing: It is also mandatory to book an appointment prior to visiting the PaRC. Passport Releasing hours is from 3pm - 5pm (Saturday to Thursday). Clients should bring the following:

• Original Passport
• Photocopy of the old passport
• Original receipt
• Appointment Letter Confirmation
• For third party collection; Authorization letter from the Passport owner and copies of the IDs of both Passport owner and his/her Representative

Riyadh, ika 27 ng September 2020 - Ipinaaalam ng Pasuguan/Embahada ng Republika ng Pilipinas sa publiko na magbubukas ng appointments ngayong araw ito ang VFS Philippine ePassport Renewal Center (PaRC) sa Riyadh para sa Passport Renewal Services na magsisimula bukas, ika-28 Septyembre 2020 ng alas-8 ng umaga.

Ang mga kliyenteng nais kumuha ng mga serbisyo ng VFS PaRC sa Riyadh ay maaaring gawin ang mga sumusunod:

Step 2. Tiyaking tama ang lahat ng kinakailangang impormasyon sa online application upang maiwasan ang mga pagkakamali.

Step 3. I-print ang kumpletong online application form.

Step 4. Mag-iskedyul ng isang appointment sa VFS Online Appointment System. Batay sa mga alituntunin ng MOH ukol sa social distancing, kailangan ng appointment bago bumisita sa PaRC. Step 5. Pumunta sa PaRC sa araw ng appointment at dalhin ang mga sumusunod;

• Orihinal na Pasaporte
• Kopya (xerox) ng lumang pasaporte
• Kopya ng Residence ID (Iqama) o Visa
• Para sa mga menor de edad, patunay ng pahintulot ng magulang
• Online Application form
• Kumpirmasyon ng inyong Appointment

Bukas ang VFS PaRC sa Riyadh mula alas-8 ng umaga hanggang alas-8 ng gabi (Sabado hanggang Huwebes).

Ang mga simpleng passport renewal lamang na hindi kinakailangan ng pagbabago sa biographical information sa passport ng applikante ang mga puwedeng i-proseso sa PaRC.

Step 6. Para sa Pasaporte Releasing: Kinakailangan na kumuha ng uli ng appointment bago bumisita sa PaRC. Ang oras ng Passport Releasing ay mula 3 ng hapon hanggang 5 ng hapon (Sabado hanggang Huwebes). Dalhin ang mga sumusunod:
