The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh informs the public of the implementation of the Online Visa Application System (OVAS) for 9 (a) temporary visitor's visa to the Philippines.

All foreign nationals who wish to apply for the said visa category, must file their applications online through https://www.visa.gov.ph/.
