Embassy Successfully Conducted EOW in Al Khafji
(Riyadh, 11 January 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted its second Embassy-on-wheels for the year 2015 at the Al Yamama Estereha in Al Khafji, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 16-17 January 2015.
The seven-member EOW team, which was headed by Vice Consul Redentor D. Genotiva was able to process a total of 129 passport applicants, 9 notarial services, 5 birth registrations and 2 passport extensions.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the team conducted a client feedback survey to 150 plus clients of which 66.3% responded as follows:
