Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,708 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 1 February 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia on 30-31 January 2015. The EOW is the 2nd to be conducted in Al Khobar this year.

The five-member team,  which was headed by  Consul Winston Dean S. Almeda was able  to process 498 e-Passport applications, 238 notarial services, 21 birth registrations, 34 passport extensions, 2 travel documents, 8 lost e-Passport, 1 lost MRP, and released 906 new e-Passports.

The Team was assisted by volunteers from the Filipino community in the Eastern Region. 

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 374 responded as follows:
