Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
108 Consular Services in Hafar Al Batin

(Riyadh, 22 March 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 8th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 in Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia 20-21 March 2015 which was held at the Ramada Hotel.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Saipoden Manalao, Mr. Edison Ipac, Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Felix De Vera, Mr. Noly Dulay and Ms. Jane Abegail Nunez. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers from Hafar Al Batin.

The Team was able to process 105 e-Passport applications and release 3 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 105 clients, of which 96 or 91.43% responded as follows:

Missing

Hafar Al Batin is a in the Eastern Province and located in the Northeastern region. It is located 430 kms. north of Riyadh, 94.2 km from Kuwait border and about 74.3 from the Iraq border.

The next consular outreach mission will be on 27-28 March 2015 at Al Khobar. (END)
