Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
648 Consular Services in Al Khobar
(Riyadh, 19 April 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 12th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia on 17-18 April 2015 which was held at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Saipoden Manalao, Mr. Edison Ipac, Mr. Arturo Arpia, and Mr. Emmanuel Galvez. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from Al Khobar, Damman and Jubail.
The Team was able to process 320 e-Passport applications, 19 passport extensions, 4 lost passport applications, 1 Travel Document, 6 Reports of Birth, and 84 notarials. The Team was also able to release 214 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 400 clients, of which 352 or 88% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 24-25 April 2015, also in Al Khobar.
