1,948 New Epassports Released during 07-08 February 2014
“Embassy on Wheels”(EOW) in Al-Khobar
(Riyadh, 09 February 2014) – A total of 1,948 new electronic passports were released to their respective applicants during the “Embassy on Wheels” mobile consular activity in Al-Khobar on 07-08 February 2014. In addition, 308 notarial services were rendered by the Embassy consular team during the two-day event.
They were also able to process 503 passport renewals, 11 Reports of Birth (ROB), 6 Lost passports and 64 passport extensions.
The Embassy’s consular team is scheduled to conduct its second “Embassy on Wheels” in Al-Khobar for the month of February on 21-22 February 2104, also at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.
The Filipinos who were able to avail themselves of consular services during the EOW accomplished 224 Client Feedback forms, out of 500 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
