Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
229 Consular Services in Al Jouf

(Riyadh, 12 May 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 14th Consular Outreach Mission for 2015 in Al Jouf, Saudi Arabia on 08 to 09 May 2015. It was held at Estiraha Asaiyah, Al Laqait in Sakaka, Al Jouf, KSA.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of seven (7) Embassy personnel with two (2) personnel extending overseas voting (OV) registration services. They were assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Al Jouf.
The Team processed 202 e-Passport renewal applications, 3 passport extensions, 4 Reports of Birth, 1 lost ePassport and 7 notarials. The Team was also able to release 12 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 214 clients, of which 192 or 89.72% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 24-30 May 2015 at Al Khobar. (END)
