Philippine Embassy Holds
Mobile Passport Renewal Services at IPSR
(Riyadh, 03 March 2014) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted a mobile passport renewal service for female applicants at the International Philippine School in Riyadh (IPSR) on 28 February 2014.
The one-day mobile consular service was able to process 185 passport renewal applications of females who did not have prior online appointments.
Ambassador Ezzedin H. Tago expressed appreciation for the IPSR school officials for their continued support to the Embassy’s efforts at reaching out to the Filipino community to address their consular requirements.
Those who were able to avail themselves of consular services also accomplished 118 Client Feedback forms, out of 168 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
