EMBASSY ON WHEELS SERVES 717 PASSPORTS
RENEWAL CLIENTS IN AL KHOBAR
(RIYADH, 31 May 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited Al Khobar for its second Embassy on Wheels (EOW) special passports renewal outreach mission this year.
The week-long mission provided a total of 717 passport renewal services to Filipinos in the Eastern Province on 24-28 May 2015 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar.
The Embassy Team was composed of Passports Coordinator Mr. Noly C. Dulay, Finance Officer Ms. Aniline Punzalan, Collecting Officer Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, and Consular Assistant Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. The team also received valuable assistance from the Filipino community in the Eastern Province.
The next schedule of Consular Outreach Services will be on 5-6 June 2015 at the Philippine International School in Buraydah.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 717 clients, of which 673 responded as follows:
