Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,331 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 21 June 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 18th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia on 19-20 June 2015 which was held at the Al Jazeera International School.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consular Mary Jennifer Dingal (Team Leader), Ms. Rose Marie Justiniano, Mr. Edison Ipac, Mr. Arturo Arpia, and Mr. Noly Dulay. They were ably assisted by volunteers from the Filipino community in the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 305 e-Passport applications, 39 passport extensions, 14 Reports of Birth, 223 notarials, 5 lost e-Passports, and 1 Travel Document. The Team was also able to release 744 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 145 or 48.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 3-4 July 2015, also in Al Khobar.
