Embassy on Wheels Provides 1,212 Consular Services
in Al Khobar

(RIYADH, 6 July 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited Al Khobar for its 21st Embassy on Wheels (EOW) consular outreach mission this year.

The mission provided a total of 1,212 consular services to the Filipinos in the Eastern Province on 3-4 July 2015 at the Al Jazeera International School Dammam.

The nine-member Embassy team, led by Consul Maria Angelica Genotiva, processed 275 passport renewals, processed 4 lost passport applications, 21 passport extensions, 195 notarials, issued 2 travel documents and 15 reports of birth. The team also released 700 new e-passports. The team was augmented by volunteers from the Filipino community in the Eastern province.

 Missing

Four (4) members of the Embassy also provided Overseas Voting Registration services simultaneously, during the consular outreach. They provided a total of 322 services. They registered 300 new voters and certified 22 voter registrations.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 400 clients, of which 104 responded as follows:
