Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
374 Consular Services in Hail
(Riyadh, 26 July 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 23rd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 in Hail, Saudi Arabia 24-25 July 2015 which was held at the Al Jabalain Hotel.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consular Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Noly Dulay, Ms. Yvonne Mofar, Ms. Margarita Manigo, and Ms. Nora Nirza. They were ably assisted by Mr. Alex Sulit, a Filipino community volunteer from Hail.
The Team was able to process 243 e-Passport applications, 1 lost passport application, 5 passport validity extensions, 4 Reports of Birth, and 22 notarials. The Team was also able to release 99 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 250 clients, of which 198 or 79.2% responded as follows:

This is the second EOW in Hail for 2015; the first one was held on 6-7 March 2015.
The next consular outreach mission will be on 1 August 2015 at the 2nd Industrial City in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
