Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
123 Passport Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City
(Riyadh, 02 August 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Daawah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 01 August 2015.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Saipoden Manalao, Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Noly Dulay and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Dawah Islamic Center. The Team was able to process 123 e-Passport applications.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 123 clients, of which 113 or 91.87% responded as follows:
