Week-long Embassy on Wheels Mobile Consular
Services Serves 756 Passport Clients in Al Khobar
(Riyadh, 06 September 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently conducted its 4th week-long Embassy on Wheels (EOW) special consular mobile services for passport renewal at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 30 August to 3 September 2015.
During the activity, a total of 756 passport renewal services were processed.
The Embassy Team was composed of Passports Coordinator Mr. Noly C. Dulay, Consular Assistant Mr.Edison Y. Ipac, Collecting Officer Ms. Yvonne G. Mofar and Collecting Officer Mr. Arturo L. Arpia. The Team also received valuable assistance from Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Province.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 813 clients, of which 700 responded as follows:

The next schedule of Consular Outreach Services will be on 11-12 September 2015 at the Sarawat Hotel in Wadi Dawaser.
