EMBASSY SERVES 432 FILIPINOS IN BURAIDAH
(RIYADH, 28 September 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh visited Buraidah, Qassim Province on 18-19 September 2015 for the 31th Embassy on Wheels (EOW) Consular outreach services this year.
The outreach was hosted by the Philippine International School in Buraidah (PISB).
The Team was composed of Vice Consul Redentor D. Genotiva, Mr. Noly C. Dulay, Mr. Eujames C. Acopa and Ms. Yvonne G. Mofar, Ms. Maria Cristina Malvas, Ms. Margarita Manigo and Acas m. Bayabao, Jr. The team was assisted members of the Filipino community in Buraidah.
The outreached provided a total of 432 consular services with 252 e-passport renewals and 42 notarials, 7 passport extensions, 7 Report of Birth, as well as released 120 new e-passports.
The next schedule of Consular Outreach Services will be on 09-10 October 2015 in Al Khafji.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 252 clients, of which 174 or 69.05% responded as follows:
