Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,042 Consular Services in Al Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 28 September 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 30th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 at the Al Jazeera International School in Al Khobar, East Region on 25-26 September 2015.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Edison Ipac, Mr. Arturo Arpia, Ms. Francia Ybanez and Mr. Kristofferson Silva. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 254 e-Passport applications, 44 gratis passport extensions, 1 lost passport, 13 Reports of Birth, and 206 notarials, 1 authentication and 2 gratis Travel Documents. The Team was also able to release 521 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 700 clients, of which 104 responded as follows:
