Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,775 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 25 October 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 33th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 at the Al Majd (Al Jazeera) International School in Al Khobar, East Region on 23-24 October 2015.    

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Ms. Rose Marie Justiniano,  Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Noly Dulay and Mr. Acas Bayabao Jr. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 312 e-Passport applications, 94 gratis passport extensions, 7 lost passport applications, 33 Reports of Birth, 379 notarials and 1 Travel Documents. The Team was also able to release 949 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 158 or 52.67% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 30-31 October 2015 at also at Al Khobar.
