5-DAY “EMBASSY ON WHEELS” SERVES 733
PASSPORTS RENEWAL APPLICANTS
IN AL KHOBAR

(RIYADH, 25 October 2015) – On 18-22 October 2015, the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh conducted a 5-day non-stop consular outreach mission or Embassy on Wheels (EOW) at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar. This is the 5th week-long mission of such kind for 2015.  During the activity, the Consular Team provided a total of 733 passport renewal services to Filipinos in the Eastern Province.

The Consular Team was composed of Consular Assistants Mr. Saipoden A. Manalao and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, as well as Collecting Officers Ms. Yvonne G. Mofar and Collecting Officer Mr. Arturo L. Arpia. The Team was assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Province.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team also distributed client feedback forms to 800 clients, of which 577 or 72.13% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 30-31 October 2015 at the Al Madj (Al Jazeera) International School) in Al Khobar where full consular services will be provided.
