Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
835 Consular Services in Al Khobar
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 2 November 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 30th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 at the Al Jazeera International School in Al Khobar, Eastern Region on 30-31 October 2015.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Saipoden A. Manalao, Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Noly C. Dulay and Ms. Naive L. Mamhot. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.
The Team was able to process 328 e-Passport applications, 39 gratis passport extensions, 3 lost passport applications, 11 Reports of Birth, 105 notarials and 1 Travel Documents. The Team was also able to release 348 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 190 or 63.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 6-7 November 2015 in Jubail.
