Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,197 Consular Services in Al Khobar
(Riyadh, 13 December 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 41st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 at the Al Majd (formerly Jazeera) International School in Dammam, Eastern Region on 11-12 December 2015.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Ms. Rose Marie M. Justiniano, Mr. Saipoden A. Manalao, Mr. Arturo Arpia, and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.
The Team was able to process 351 e-Passport applications, 42 gratis passport extensions, 1 lost passport application, 18 Reports of Birth and 251 notarials. The Team was also able to release 534 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 184 or 52.57% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 18-19 December 2015 in Al Madj (Al Jazeera International School) in Dammam.
