Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
749 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 20 December 2015) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 42nd and last consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 at the Al Majd (Al Jazeera) International School in Al Khobar, Eastern Region on 18-19 December 2015.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Saipoden A. Manalao, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Maria Cristina Salvacion, and Mr. Kristofferson T. Silva. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 297 e-Passport applications, 28 gratis passport extensions, 6 lost passport applications, 5 Reports of Birth, 74 notarials and 1 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 338 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 260 or 74.29% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 8-9 January 2016 in Al Madj (Al Jazeera) International School in Dammam.
