1st Philippine Embassy Outreach in 2016 Extends 1,140 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 10 January 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 1st Consular Outreach Mission for 2016 at the Al Majd (former Al Jazeera) International School in Al Khobar, Eastern Region in 08 – 09 January 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul General Iric C. Arribas (Team Leader), Mr. Noly C. Dulay, Ms. Cristina Salvacion, Ms. Gloria Jean Castaño – Zafra and Mr. Acas Bayabao, Jr. They were assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.

The team was able to process 312 e-Passport applications, 5 lost passport applications, 21 Reports of Birth, 191 Notarials and 2 Authentication. In addition, 603 new e-Passports were also released by the team during the 2-day consular mission.

The team distributed 300 Client Feedback Survey Forms to the clients, of which 133 responded or 44.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 15 – 16 January 2016 at the Al Yamama Esteraha. (END)
