Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
230 Passport Renewal Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City
(Riyadh, 07 February 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Daawah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 05 December 2015.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Esmayaten C. Macapundag, Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Mr. Johar N. Casad. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Dawah Islamic Center.
During the EOW, the Team was able to process 230 e-Passport renewal applications.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 227 clients, of which 191 or 84.14% responded as follows:
