Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
596 Consular Services in Buraydah, Al Qassim

(Riyadh, 22 February 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 6th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Philippine International School in Buraydah, Al Qassim on 19-20 February 2016.

Philippine Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ezzedin H. Tago, visited the school during the EOW. He thanked PISB’s principal, Mr. Edison Mendoza, and the rest of the school’s management for hosting the first outreach mission in Buraydah for 2016. “I thank PISB for continuing to support the Embassy’s outreach program in bringing the Embassy’s services closer to Filipinos outside Riyadh,” said Ambassador Tago.

The Embassy was able to process 361 e-Passport applications, 1 passport extension, 10 Reports of Birth, 44 notarials and 2 Travel Documents during the outreach mission. The Team was also able to release 178 new e-Passports.
