Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
402 Consular Services in Ha’il

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 06 March 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 8th consular outreach mission or Embassy-on-Wheels (EOW) in 2016 at Golden Tulip Hotel, Hail on 04-05 March 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Redentor D. Genotiva (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Esmayaten M. Macapundag, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Edgar V. Dizon, and Ms. Margarita P, Manigo.

The EOW was the first consular outreach mission in Ha’il for 2016.

The Team was able to process 341 e-Passport applications, 5 Reports of Birth, and 18 notarials. The Team was also able to release 38 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 289 or 82.57% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 11-12 March 2016 in Sakaka, Al Jouf.
