in Al-Jouf, Sakaka

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(RIYADH, 13 March 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh visited Al Jouf, Sakaka from 11-12 March 2016 for its 9th Embassy on Wheels (EOW) consular outreach mission this year.

Held at the Al Lagait Esteraha, the two (2)-day mission provided a total of 307 consular services, which consists of 281 passport applications, 6 passport extensions, 13 notarials, 1 travel document, 3 reports of birth, and the release of 3 new e-passports.

The four member team was led by First Secretary and Consul Christopher Patrick T. Aro. They were assisted by the members of the Filipino community in Al Jouf.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey, where 200 clients participated. 163 of or 81.5% of those who participated responded as follows:

The next EOW mission (passport renewal only) will be held from 20 – 24 March 2016 at Golden Tulip Hotel in Al-Khobar, followed by another EOW from 25-26 March 2016 (all consular services) at Al Majd (formerly Al –Jazeera) International in Dammam, both in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
