Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
212 Passport Renewal Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City
(Riyadh, 16 April 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Daawah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 16 April 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud (Team Leader), Mr. Esmayaten C. Macapundag, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers from the Dawah Islamic Center.
During the EOW, the Team was able to process 212 e-Passport renewal applications.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 212 clients, of which 164 or 81.5% responded as follows:

The next consular mission will be held on 22-23 April 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah.
