Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
685 Consular Services in Buraidah, Al Qassim

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 25 April 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 13th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah, Al Qassim on 22-23 April 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Red Genotiva (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Nora J. Nirza, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Mr. Ramil E. Arana. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Qassim Region.

The Team was able to process 288 e-Passport applications, 6 Reports of Birth, 3 Report of Marriage and 49 notarial services. The Team was also able to release 388 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 186 or 62% responded as follows:
