Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,506 Consular Services in Al Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 01 May 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 14th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 29-30 April 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac and Ms Gloria Jean C. Zafra. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 330 e-Passport applications, 26 Reports of Birth, 10 Travel Documents, 27 Extension of Passport Validity, 1 Authentication and 279 notarial services. The Team was also able to release 833 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 133 or 44.33% responded as follows:
