Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
865 Consular Services in Al Khobar
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 08 May 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 15th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 06-07 May 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Esmayaten M. Macapundag, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr.
The Team was able to process 335 e-Passport applications, 13 Reports of Birth, 1 Report of Marriage, 3 Travel Documents, 19 Extension of Passport Validity, and 100 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 394 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 279 or 79.71% responded as follows:
