Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1, 233 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 23 May 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 17th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 20-21 May 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Edgar V. Dizon and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr.

The Team was able to process 320 e-Passport applications, 19 Reports of Birth, 5 Travel Documents, 33 Extension of Passport Validity, 1 Authentication and 270 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 585 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 700 clients, of which 551 or 78.71% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 27-28 May 2016 in Al Khobar.
