Special Embassy on Wheels
Processes 904 in Al-Khobar

(Riyadh, 22 May 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 16th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Gold Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar, Eastern Region on 15-19 May 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Edison Ipac, Mr. Acas Bayabao, Jr and Ms. Maria Cristina Salvacion.

During the consular outreach mission, the Team was able to successfully process a total of 904 passport renewal applications, for a daily average of 181 passports per day.

The Team was assisted by some members of the Filipino community in Al-Khobar.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team distributed client feedback forms to 904 clients, of which 862 responded.

The next EOW (full consular services) will be held on the same venue on 27-28 May 2016.
