Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
606 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 29 May 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 18th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 27-28 May 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, (Team Leader), Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Emmanuel P. Galvez and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr.

The Team was able to process 323 e-Passport applications, 1 Report of Birth, 8 Travel Documents, 12 Extension of Passport Validity, 2 Authentication and 82 Notarial services.  The Team was also able to release 178 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 400 clients, of which 314 or 78.5% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 12-16 June 2016 in Al Khobar.
