Passport Renewals in Al-Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 19 June 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 19th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Gold Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar, Eastern Region on 12-16 June 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Arturo M. Arpia, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.

During the consular outreach mission, the Team was able to successfully process a total of 743 passport renewal applications, for a daily average of 148 passports per day.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 696 clients, of which 623 or 89.51% responded as follows:

The next EOW mission will be held in Al Andalus Hotel in Sakaka, Al Jouf on 1-2 July 2016.
