Embassy on Wheels Provides 1,372 Consular Services
in Al Khobar
(RIYADH, 20 June 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited Al Khobar for its 20th Embassy on Wheels (EOW) consular outreach mission this year. The mission provided a total of 1,372 consular services to the Filipinos in the Eastern Province on 17-18 June 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel Al Khobar.
The eight-member Embassy team, led by Consul Maria Angelica Genotiva, processed 259 passport renewals, processed 5 lost passport applications, 25 passport extensions, 241 notarials, 2 authentications, issued 6 travel documents and 22 reports of birth. The team also released 829 new e-passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 250 clients, of which 104 or 41.6% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held on Friday to Saturday, 1 to 2 July 2016 at the Al Andalos Hotel in Sakaka, Al Jouf .
