Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
248 Consular Services in Al Jouf

(Riyadh, 03 July 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 21st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Al Andalus Hotel in Sakaka, Al Jouf on 1-2 July 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Ms. Lilian M. Adiong, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan.
The Team was able to process 60 e-Passport applications, 1 Report of Birth, and 7 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 180 new e-Passports.
The Team was ably assisted by volunteers from the Filipino community in Al Jouf.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 150 clients, of which 131 or 87.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held in Buraidah on 08-09 July 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel.
