Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,851 Consular Services in Al Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 17 July 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 23rd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) on 15-16 July 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar, Eastern Region.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S. Y. Macud, Mr. Esmayatem S. Macapundag, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybanez, Ms. Ma. Cristina C. Malvas and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.

The Team was able to process 359 passport renewal applications, 23 new passport applications, 7 lost passport applications, 15 passport validity extensions, 14 Travel Documents, 23 Reports of Birth, 1 Report of Marriage, 347 notarials and 1authentications.. The Team was also able to release 1,061 new passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a Client Feedback Survey to 500 clients, of which 435 or 87% responded, as follows:
