Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
418 Consular Services in Hail
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 27 July 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 24th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on 22-23 July 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S. Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Gloria Jean C. Zafra, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan.
The Team was able to process 228 e-Passport applications, 3 Extension of Passport Validity, 4 Report of Birth, and 21 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 162 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 230 clients, of which 175 or 76.09% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 30 July 2016 at the Dawah Center, Riyadh 2nd Industrial City.
