2,377 Consular Services in Al Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 22 August 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 26th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 19-20 August 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S. Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Cristina C. Malvas, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan.

The Team was able to process 389 e-Passport applications, 27 extensions of passport validity, 38 Reports of Birth, 4 Supplemental Reports, 5 R.A. 9048 applications, 5 authentications, 554 notarial services and 9 Travel Documents. The Team was also able to release 1,346 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 450 clients, of which 352 or 78.22% responded as follows:
