635 Consular Services in Jubail
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 28 August 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 27th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jubail on 26-27 August 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Esmayaten M. Macapundag, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Mr. Johar N. Casad. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Jubail.

The Team was able to process 367 e-Passport applications, 18 extensions of passport validity, 9 Reports of Birth, 1 R.A. 9048 petition, 1 authentication, and 122 notarial services. The Team was also able to release 118 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 241 or 68.86% responded as follows:
