650 Consular Services in Buraidah

(Riyadh, 04 September 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 28th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 02-03 September 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Redentor D. Genotiva, Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Ms. Lilian M. Adiong, Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Kristofferson T. Silva and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Buraidah.

The Team was able to process 312 e-Passport applications, 3 Extension of Passport Validity, 6 Report of Birth, and 71 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 257 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 144 or 48% responded as follows:
